John Antony,

John has more than 18 years of management and consulting experience in strategy and change management. He has worked in most countries in Asia as well as in Italy and Mauritius. Passionate about his work and life, John enjoys handling challenging assignments that requires his utmost attention and resources.
An ex-Accenture consultant, John is an expert in cross-cultural assignments. He has substantial working exposure to management teams across various industries, particularly in financial, hospitality and manufacturing.
He adopts a practitioner's outlook when working with organizations - gained from his varied management expertise that included being a Chief Information Officer (CIO) overseeing a regional IT organization as well as a Senior Vice President for Corporate Development and HR in a regional capacity.
John has weaved his organizational experiences with his learning opportunities. He holds a masters degree in strategic management and consulting as well as a basic degree in business administration. He has embarked on a doctoral program to study the implications of consulting interventions on organizations.
During his time in Singapore, John was appointed as an Aide-de-Camp to the President of Singapore for a period of four years. |

Vanessa Katte,
Director

Vanessa has more than 10 years of experience, primarily in the hospitality industries. This has sharpened her abilities to deal with people at all levels as well as built a practitioner's eye for details.
She has a fine-tuned capability to survey an organizational landscape and frame the key issues that restrain the organisation.
She has worked mainly in Germany before relocating to Asia - starting in China and then in South East Asian countries. Her international orientation puts her in good stead to handle cultural diversity issues without being constrained by emotional baggage.
She has a core experience in communications and PR blended with her consulting expertise in change management, leadership development and coaching. Vanessa oversaw the implementation of a major strategic change program in China. Vanessa manages the corporate development and marketing of Antony Consulting. She oversees the growth of the organisation in the Asia region while directing consulting assignments.
Vanessa holds two business degrees from Germany and UK and is a certified Master Coach with the Behavioural Coaching Institute (BCI) in Sydney, Australia under the management of Dr. Suzanne Skiffington and Perry Zeus.

Albert Antoine,

Albert Antoine arrived in Singapore in 1988 and set up his own consulting firm, providing consulting services in the area of Artificial Intelligence. He joined ILOG, global IT Solutions & Consulting Company in 1991 shifting from a technical role towards a business and management profile.
Subsequently, he set up the ILOG subsidiary in Singapore and grown the operation from one-person team to forty people today. The team now covers the whole of Asia, including Australia and New Zealand. ILOG has more than 60 people in Asia Pacific.
Currently Albert is providing strategy and management consulting for many leading US and European MNCs entering the Asia Pacific markets. In addition, he serves on the board of many portfolio companies advising them on management & marketing strategies as part of VinaCapital, a Private Equity Investment and Venture Capital firm located in Vietnam.
Albert holds a Masters of Science in Management of Technology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management, Cambridge, MA/USA as well as a Masters in Computer Science from the International Institute of Robotic and Artificial Intelligence of Marseille, France.
Albert is an Associate Director of AC and looks after AC's business interest in Vietnam.

Gordon Day,
Principal Consultant

Gordon Day was born in Ceres, South Africa and has an Industrial Engineering background. He completed his studies at the University of Stellenbosch in 1985 and continued to further his academic qualifications by completing a Masters degree at the University of Pretoria (1991), a Diploma in Datametrics from Unisa (1991) and the Advanced Executive Programme at Unisa (1993). He is also a SAP certified consultant.
His particular field of interest is systems thinking and modeling, which has lead to the development of a number of innovative consulting products for clients. These include the development of business architecture models, assisting organisations with all aspects of Black Economic Empowerment, the development of human capital models and the implementation of employment equity.
Since May 2007 Gordon is based in Singapore to manage the local i-Cap Gateway operations. He supports AC in selected client projects as Principal Consultant.
