AC's Development Programs can be provided either within a consulting assignment or as a stand alone service. They can be conducted in-house or on public platforms on request.

While we do offer Standard Programs, most Development Programs will be refined to meet clients' specific requirements. Some Programs require a DNA (Diagnostics & Analysis) Phase upfront where we analyze the current challenges facing the organization and / or Management Team to contextualize the Programs successfully.
